Try this easy Multigrain Veggie Daiya Recipe. It is loaded with the goodness of peanuts, sesame, jowar daliya, bajra daliya, wheat daliya and loads of vegetables.

Ingredients:
Moong dal - 1 tablespoon
Jowar daliya - 1 tablespoon
Bajra daliya - 1 tablespoon
Wheat daliya - 1 tablespoon
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Peanuts - Handful
Ajwain(Carom seeds) - 1 teaspoon
Jeera(Cumin seeds) - 1 teaspoon
Rai(Mustard seeds) - 1 teaspoon
Ginger - 1 inch
Green chillies - 3-4
Vegetables chopped - 1 carrot, 1 capsicum, 9-10 peas, 7-8 beans
Haldi(Turmeric powder) - 1/2 teaspoon
Tomatoes - 3 medium size
Til(White sesame) - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 1/2 small bunch

Multigrain Veggie Daliya Recipe:
- Heat a kadhai. Dry roast moong dal for about 3-4 minutes on low flame.
- Add all three types of daliya. Saute again for about 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Add these to a pressure cooker. Add some salt and water. The ratio of daliya mixture and water should be 1:3. Here daliya was about 1/3 cup so, I have use 1 cup of water.
- Pressure cook it for two whistles. Allow the pressure to release on its own.
- Heat oil in a kadhai.
- Add peanuts. Saute them on low flame until they turn dark in colour.
- Add ajwain, jeera and rai. Saute them for about a minute until fragrant.
- Add chopped ginger and green chillies. Saute them.
- Now add chopped vegetables, salt and haldi.
- Add tomatoes as well. Mix them and let it simmer for about 4-5 minutes until vegetables are a little soft. Do not overcook the vegetables.
- Now add boiled daliya. Mix it very well.
- Add til and coriander.
- Tadaa! Your healthy and tasty breakfast is ready!
